Built for the UAE automotive aftermarket

Spare parts sourcing, under one Square.

Parts Square P² is a web-based automotive spare-parts procurement platform. Workshops send what they need. P² helps prepare the requirement for sourcing, connects it with relevant suppliers, organises quotations and keeps the procurement trail visible.

So, how do I use it?

You don't need to become a procurement expert to use P².

Start with the requirement you already have. Parts Square helps turn incomplete or unstructured information into a clearer sourcing enquiry, then brings the responses back into an organised procurement flow.

01 Workshop sends the parts requirement
02 P² checks, clarifies & prepares it for sourcing
03 Relevant suppliers quote
04 Workshop compares & approves
05 The decision and order remain traceable
What P² changes

We do work where both sides lose time.

Workshops shouldn't spend their day chasing quotations and forgotten orders. Supplier counter teams shouldn't spend theirs repairing incomplete enquiries before they can quote.

BEFORE SOURCING

Cleaner requirements

Help check vehicle information, descriptions, quantities and missing details before an enquiry reaches suppliers. Identification support can be added where a diagram reference is needed.

WHILE SOURCING

Visible quotations

Bring supplier responses into a clearer view so teams can see what was quoted, what is being compared and what was approved.

AFTER APPROVAL

A traceable decision

Keep a clearer record of the selected quality, price, part information and order status instead of depending on calls and individual chats.

More sourcing reach when you need it

Every make. Every model. One Square.

A workshop shouldn't need to know the right supplier for every vehicle that enters the bay. P² helps connect each requirement with suitable sourcing options — without turning procurement into a public vendor-directory search.

Keep the suppliers you already trust. Existing cash and credit relationships can remain part of your sourcing process, while Parts Square can help widen the network when a requirement needs another option.

Questions before you join?

Understand what you're working with.

Is Parts Square software?

Yes. Parts Square is a web-based procurement platform. It is designed to work alongside the communication and business systems teams already use rather than requiring an overnight software migration.

What does it cost?

Pilot access is currently being offered to selected UAE workshops and suppliers. Commercial terms are discussed before activation while the operating model is being validated.

Who owns my business data?

Your business data remains yours. Parts Square only needs information required to provide the procurement service. Full customer databases or complete supplier inventory are not required simply to participate.

Who is responsible for the parts?

Parts Square provides the procurement workflow and records. Workshops approve purchasing decisions; suppliers remain responsible for the accuracy of their quotation, availability and supplied product under the agreed transaction terms.

Do I have to replace my CRM or ERP?

No. Parts Square is intended to sit alongside existing systems. Selected businesses can discuss API or data integrations where connecting existing workshop, inventory or supplier systems makes sense.

Do suppliers need to expose all their stock?

No. Deeper integrations are optional. Where a supplier chooses to connect systems, access can be limited to the specific information and permissions agreed for that integration.
