Parts Square uses information provided by workshops, suppliers and website visitors to operate, support and improve its procurement services, communicate about access and enquiries, and maintain service records.

Business information remains the property of the party providing it. Parts Square aims to collect and process only information reasonably required for the relevant service or agreed integration. Businesses are not required to provide complete customer databases or complete supplier inventory simply to participate.
