Parts Square provides a digital procurement workflow intended to help workshops and spare-parts suppliers exchange sourcing requirements, quotations and related procurement information.

Workshops remain responsible for their purchasing approvals and decisions. Suppliers remain responsible for the accuracy of their quotations, stated availability, product information and products supplied under the applicable transaction terms. Parts Square provides workflow, coordination and records and does not make an unconditional guarantee of every third-party product or fulfilment outcome.

Pilot access, commercial terms and service scope may vary by participating business and are agreed before activation where applicable.

These pilot terms will be expanded as Parts Square's services and legal operating structure are finalised.
